Yes, I offer revisions to ensure that the final design meets your expectations. The number of revisions included will depend on the needs of your particular project, usually two to three are more than enough. These will be specified in our agreement, and additional revisions can be discussed if needed.

I work closely with you to establish a timeline that fits your project’s needs. Deadlines are agreed upon in advance, and I keep you updated on the progress to ensure timely delivery. Depending on the project’s scope and complexity, it can be separated in stages.

First, we have a discovery call to discuss the project scope, timeline, and budget. Based on this information, I create a tailored quote for your project. Once the quote is approved, the written agreement is signed, and the advance payment is made, the project begins.
The first step is to gather all necessary information into a brief document to establish a clear direction for how the artwork should function and look like. I then create an initial hand-drawn sketch for your review. Once we agree on the direction, I refine the design further into a digital sketch, which we review together. Finally, I finalise the design based on your feedback and prepare the final files as agreed.

Oh, that is so sad to hear! If you need to cancel or postpone, please inform me as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, there may be terms related to cancellations or rescheduling, which will be outlined in our agreement.
