Book a clarity call where we can talk about your project, clarify your questions, and explore possible solutions together. This is a conversation where we see if we are a good fit to work together. No pressure, no commitment.

The discovery call is a space to understand your idea, goals, and intentions.

What happens after the call

After the call, if we are aligned and you are ready to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal and agreement.

If needed, I may ask a few additional questions to define the scope clearly.

Once the agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is received, we are ready to start. 🚀

Who this is for (and isn’t)

We are a good fit if

  • You are committed to your project and take it seriously
  • You see design as a tool to communicate, not just decoration
  • You are passionate about what you are building
  • You are willing to respect timelines and schedules
  • You want to express your idea in an authentic and unique way
  • You appreciate professional guidance and are open to being guided
  • You are interested in how language can take visual form to convey meaning and emotion

This is not a good fit if

  • You want to copy existing brands or visual solutions
  • Your project promotes discrimination, sexism, racism, or fascist messages
  • You don’t yet have a defined idea or vision (for example: no clarity on what the business is, does or wants to communicate)
  • You are looking for someone to simply “execute” without involvement or collaboration

If you prefer to write first, you are always welcome to email me at micaelamaltinti@gmail.com with your inquiry.

What information do you need from me to get started?

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Before the call, I’ll send you a short form to understand your idea, goals, context, timeline and any existing materials. The purpose isn’t perfection, but clarity. The more honest and specific you are, the better I can guide you.

How much does it cost and what is included?

Each project is quoted based on the service and scope needed. I don’t offer hourly or open-ended work. Every proposal clearly outlines what’s included, deliverables, timeline, number of revision rounds, and usage, so there are no surprises. More info about services here

What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and start the project. The remaining balance is paid according to the agreement. Payments are made via bank transfer.

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines depend on the scope, but most projects take between a few weeks and a couple of months. I’ll always define a clear schedule before we start, including key milestones and feedback moments, so expectations are aligned from the beginning.

How involved do I need to be during the process?

This is a collaborative process. Your input is essential, especially at key moments. There will be agreed deadlines for feedback and approvals to keep the project moving smoothly and on time.

How many revision rounds are included?

Each service includes two rounds of refinements. This ensures thoughtful decisions and avoids endless back-and-forth. The process is designed to arrive at clarity, not to create confusion or decision fatigue. Up to 3 extra rounds of refinements can be added for an additional fee.

Is there a minimum project size?

Yes. I work through defined services and structured scopes (read more about services here). This allows me to offer intentional, high-quality solutions rather than fragmented or purely execution-based work.

Who is this work for?

This is a good fit if you are a publisher, small brand or entrepreneur with a clear intention and commitment to your project. If you see design as a communication tool, are open to guidance, and want to build something authentic and usable, we’ll work well together.

Who is this not for?

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking to copy existing solutions, need someone to define your entire business idea from zero, have a very limited budget, or want execution without involvement or strategy. I don’t work on projects that promote discrimination, racism, sexism or exclusion.
