When you book a discovery call through Calendly, you may share:

Project details or notes
Preferred date and time
These details allow me to schedule our call and understand your needs.

My website uses only essential cookies for security and basic functionality.
This website uses a functional cookie to remember the language selected by the visitor. This cookie does not store personal data and is only used to improve the browsing experience.
No analytics, tracking, advertising cookies, or newsletter tools are used at this time.
3. How I use your information
I use your information only to:
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls
- Respond to your enquiries
- Communicate about your project
- Maintain the website’s functionality and security
- Keep records of communications when necessary
I never sell, trade or rent your data.
4. Who I share your information with
I only share data with providers who help me operate this website or communicate with you. These providers process data according to their own Privacy Policies. I encourage you to review each provider’s policy for full details.
• Bluehost
Hosts my website and stores server logs.
• Gmail (Google)
If you contact me directly or book a call, communications may be stored in my Gmail inbox. Google processes this information according to its own Privacy Policy.
• Calendly
If you book a discovery call, Calendly collects and processes your booking information.
Calendly handles data according to its own Privacy Policy.
• Make and/or Zapier
I may use automation tools such as Make or Zapier to securely transfer booking information between services (for example, from Calendly to email or internal records). These tools process data solely for workflow automation purposes and according to their own Privacy Policies.
5. Data storage & retention
Discovery call booking information is processed through Calendly according to their data retention policies.
Email communications are stored in my Gmail inbox and kept as long as needed for communication or project work.
Essential cookies do not store personal data.
You can request deletion of your information at any time.
